Ben Franklin was a terrorist, of sorts, so it all makes sense to me now.
Masque
I have never really subscribed to the ideal of one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter. Freedom fighters target military and political targets, terrorists target civillians.

Then the US government and military are terrorists.

I take it you've never seen one of my favorite movies: So I Married an Axe Murderer.

Examples?

Accidental does not count. Bombings of malls hospitals nightclubs etc i.e. attacks directed against a civillian population?

Nowadays. WWII we did. 'Nam as well.

i will not be leaving the house,  i'll be hangin the old lady.

January 1st 2004

(AP Syracuse, NY) A Manlius man was found on top of his roof early this morning as he was trying to evade local authorities after hanging his wife. Cedric Ganfray, or CeeGee as he was more commonly known, of 100 Fennel Drive, had in his possession a strange green liquid in a flask tucked into his Great Coat.

The liquid in question turned out to be a highly potent, liquid narcotic called Filterated Czeckerland Xit that was banned in the early 1900's because of the rabid madness that would set into those that drank it.

It's history is shrouded in mystery but we have obtained documentation that shows Filterated Czeckerland Xit caused murderous rampages within all of EuroFuckyLand and here in North America in the late 1800's to early 1900's before the EU ...

Maybe Bush and Cheney are drinking it too. . .

As for me, I think I'm coming down with a nasty cold and have a sore throat so I'm taking vitamins and echinacea. I also plan to douse my gullet with as much absinthe as I can find - for medicinal purposes of course. Drunk.sml
Grey Boy
I'll be downing the absinthe soon too, purely for recreational purposes.

Happy New Years Everyone
Let The Party Begin!!!!!
Grey Boy
The fireworks over Boston Harbor are going on now. I can hear then but not see them from our house. Unlike the 4th of July fireworks that we can see.
They do an early 7 pm show so parents with kids can get home early, then they do it again at midnight.
Well back to making pizzas and drinkin'.

Happy New Year's everyone!!!
DGLeadbetter
I'm leaving in a hour for Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles with a bunch of friends. Then it's back here for cake and evening eye openers.
Then it's time for cigars and absinthe on the back porch.

Right, then.........

No need for New Years for drinkin' here.

I attended a party at a freinds house in Bradenton. I brought along samples of ET, Serpis, NS70, La Fee, Fougerolles, UE Sapin and a fifth of Bombay Sapphire. Everyone turned their nose up to the absinthe and drank beer, no accounting for taste. fish.sml

The Brew Works party was awesome.
Open bar, and in the Steelgaarden you
could pour your own. A magnum bottle
of Duvel was opened at one point, and
we all got a decent taste.
Ended up at one of the owner's houses,
high above Atown on South Mountain.
What a cool joint! What a great night.
Grey Boy
Sounds great!
I split the time between the Twilight Zone and staring at my computer screen wonderin' where everyone was. Why where they having fun? Why aren't they here? etc...
Grey Boy
Oh yea, finally had some Hendrick's Gin tonight (Friday),
Damn Good!!
Louched Liver
Told ya.

For whatever it's worth, you're keeping me amused while I wrestle with Citibank Student Loans in an attempt to make them understand that I can't really pay them $292.97 per month for the rest of my natural life.
