I never had a nickname until I spent some time in Brazil and somehow
earned the nickname of Xu-Xu (or sometimes spelt chu-chu). Its just
an affectionate nickname for Brazilians akin to calling someone Pumpkin
in English. Xu-Xu is a type of vegetable, funny looking but with no real taste...hmm...I guess it is a rather fitting nickname

To those who don't already know, the underpant gnome (South Park) reference
is to my business of collecting pretty underpants and trying to make money

Bump is the ferret's name. I've named all my ferrets after something English. Wallace, London and Weymouth (where my family originates) are easy.

Bump is named from the British barrows. The ones that struck me most were near Stonehenge and Bath. That roughly ties to ferrets having a mound in their backs when standing still.
