The lounge has undergone renovations, and so has Markus' site. The changes should be up and running soon.

Generally I didn't changed the layout too much. The technical backround is much better, so the site should be much faster now.
There's also going to come a Creditcard payment possibility to make it more comfortable...
Hope you like it. Please report any errors, or problems directly to me.
Thanks a lot

Yes, sure I can ship to CanuckyFuckyLand - everything, but bottles....
After the first day, we've found some minor bugs that are going to be fixed in the next few hours.
Thanks for the compliments!

Come on guys, let's get creative! Lets add some stiffener to the absinthe and make a car out of it and drive it across the border to CanuckyFuckyLand.
.... wait, wasn't that in an old "Cheech & Chong" movie?

What's great about the new site is the reviews for the most part are much more informative (thanks Ned), and the section on the distilleries is nice. All in all I'd say it's now the most informative and detailed absinthe market on the web!

As a shipping note, apparently packages from Germany are taking more than double the amount of time to arrive they usually do, though packages are still arriving intact. Just received an order I placed 5 weeks ago, normal waiting time is 10 days or less. I don't care though, shit wasn't confiscated...

Um, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that Marcus' site 'licks balls'. Most of the stuff listed is spelt wrong (no 'e'), it is listing by anise content, and worse yet, thu-groan content, and in virtually every other way, reads like any of your standard Czeckerland Filterated Czeckerland Xit sites.
WTF am I missing here?

Corrections to some of the translations/grammar have been made, but they just haven't been updated on the site yet.
I like how it's re-organized though. Clicking on the "top quality" button gives you only distilled products so you don't have to wade through the usual Czeckerland and Spanish poo, and it's also nice Ned gave permission to have his reviews used...

I personally felt that saying the site 'licks balls' was not exactly a helpful or constructive criticism for an esteemed member of our board with whom many of us have had very successful business contacts over the years.
Criticism is fine. Abuse is not, at least where it is not deserved.

3rd and final attempt:
One evening I decided I was still hungry after eating a small dinner. I looked in the cupboard and all that was there was a can of creamed corn, curry powder and a jar of peanut butter. Peanut Butter sounds good. I looked in the bread box for some bread. What luck! There were two bread heels left. I looked in the refrigerator for jam or jelly, but unfortunately there was only some baking soda, a bag of rotten lettuce and an opened can of beer.
I decided to make a peanut butter sandwich. I took the two heels of bread from the bread bag. I noticed that one was smaller than the other. I spread the peanut butter onto the larger bread heel. I sat down next to my computer. I was completely naked, as usual. I logged into the internet as I took a bite. Some peanut butter fell into my lap. The next thing I noticed was Winston's Absinthe Buyer's Guide licking the peanut butter from my balls.

Criticism is fine. Abuse is not, at least where it is not deserved. Markus has chosen sales over debunking thu-jone. This makes him fair game, just like Butty is. LdF manages to sell absinthe without playing the Pork Ribs game.
As an "esteemed member" of our board, he should be able to defend himself. The tone police are not for turning this into a PC discussion board, rather for guiding the new.

Thujo-ne is the least of my concerns with the Wicked Witch of the West. Mostly, I don't like her 'cause she's a lying, price-gouging, scare-tactic using little ho. The fact that she plays the thuj-one game is just icing on the cake.
I didn't say nothin' 'bout any PC anything. Watch: Princess of Paranoia is a price-gouging ho-bag. Markus is a pretty nice guy for a Kraut. I like Jack better now that he is a fifteen-year-old bimbo with big tits.
My comment had nothing to do with policing anything. Lars said something I didn't like so I told him he said something I didn't like. You told me that I said something you disagreed with. Now I'm telling you something that I disagree with.
