So, what do you all prefer? Light, medium, full-bodied? French roast? Flavored?
With sugar? cream? pie? chai?
Dish it out! How do YOU take your coffee?
(and we already know JBM takes his with a triple shot of cream)

Bitter and cold...
Seriously.
Dark, heavy, intense, a little cream to mellow it out.

Splenda rules!
Dark roasted, strong, and thick, with half-n-half and 1 sugar. Actually, DS seems pretty close to what I get.

I like a nice mix of something dark and strong with a few hazelnut or vanilla flavored beans to mellow it out just a touch.
Here in the desert, I can't drink hot coffee in the summer. So it's iced coffee black. In the winter, either a little cream or a packet of instant cocoa. Depends on my mood.

Indeed. On the other hand, ambulances do watch out for incoming traffic before crossing red lights. They don't *have* to, but sometimes they must.
You could be faced with a woman who cannot resist to enlighten you about this oft forgotten aspect of ambulance driving (and if you don't get that point, I suggest you to try that on my wife, whose handling of the first inappropriately obtrusive dance partner was
quite enough to dissuade all other slimy critters).

I see. My Old European stereotypes about all things pertaining to the US are playing tricks on me again. And the fact I've seen less sophisticated individuals (American, but not from the US) fail to grasp that finer point.
I'm really sorry (and uncharacteristically, I'm not sarcastic; if I were, I'd add "But are you sure <XXX> also sees it like this?", but I'm not).
Accept these as an apology:

Coffee. I used to drink 16-22 cups/day on weekdays, but had intense headaches on weekends, and what is left of my stomach was quite displeased with it.
I'm down to three cups a day. Coffee with cream only. No sugar.

coffee: mournings, 1-2 28oz mugs, even in the summer time. use "natural brand" turbanado sugar and add splash of cream, just enough to barely color it. at night i'll have tea, earl grey with very little sugar and a spot of milk. can't go past 36 hours without some, the alien inside the skull tries to break his way out.

In college, I lived for coffee. I have toned down bit by bit since I finished. That, and I discovered alcohol.
I used to use my grinder 4-5 times a week. I swear I haven't plugged it in in a year now. I have like 3 1/2lb bags of whole bean coffee's, just gettin' stale in my cupboard. Anyone game? I'll trade 'em for some Swizzle! Just think of them as 'aged and matured for more mellow cup.'
