Don't worry, it's easy to get on the list and sometimes it will be drawn among every members.

Here's a nice drink you can make with a low anis absinthe :

1oz absinthe
dash of a fruity grappa
1 tea spoon of sugar (or not at all if your absinthe is already sweet)
stir and then...
Fill with tonic water as if it was a gin tonic. Add ice cubes and a slice of lemon.


I did it with Moonman's #23 and it's nice. A little bit of an heresy some may say but for sure it could be a party hit.

This make me understand why the German have anis free "absinthes" (well it should be called "wormwood bitters" and not absinthe but you get my meaning).

I downed the glass by the time I wrote this so I guess it's pretty tricky...

When I was a kid we lived on a big lake that was used equally by US and Hoser boaters. The Canadians had a tendancy to sail topless.
