Its a genuine bottle made for export to the US, in fairly good shape except for the nicks on the label.

Made for US bottles were labelled "Green" (ie Verte) or "White" (ie Blanche) at the bottom.

An interesting point is that very few "made for export" bottles seem to have the triangular neck label. Possibly this was removed or fell off, but it's equally possible that at certain periods the bottles were shipped without neck labels (this might be an indication of age - it may be significant that the earlier versions of the famous Charles Maire Pernod chromo show the bottle without a neck label).
